THE CESSNA 152 cockpit video:
"Brings back great memories from my flight training" - Ron S. / York, UK
AviaFilms Production invites you on a short flight in the cockpit of the most popular training aircraft ever built, the Cessna 152. In this 30 minute flight deck video, we make a return trip between 2 small airfields located in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom. You will get the opportunity to witness how this remarkable little airplane is operated. Beginning with the pre flight checks and finishing with complete shutdown, the pilot makes step-by-step comments (in English) on how various systems should be operated in order for the flight to proceed safely. In total, 2 take-off's and 2 landings will be made from both tarmac and grass airstrips. When taking-off from the grass runway at Sherburn-In-Elmet, a short-field take-off technique was used. (We would like to thank Mr. Ian Haskell for providing Sandtoft pictures used in the Cessna 152 video.)

The Piper 28 Arrow cockpit video bonus:
In addition to the Cessna movie, we have added our previous - Piper 28 Arrow - video! This means that you will get 2 videos for the price of one!
Please note that the Piper video was one of our first attempts in creating a cockpit film. Therefore, it greatly differs in production style and quality from our other projects. This is the main reason why we add it as a bonus to the Cessna video and don't sell it separately.
In this video, you will see a cockpit flight on a Piper 28R-200 Arrow, departing from Tallinn Ulemiste airport in Estonia. We start by preparing the aircraft in the hangar. You will see how the Lycoming engine looks like from the inside and witness how the wheel dampers are checked.
After completing all the exterior preparations, we set up the cockpit and start the engine. After take-off (using only half the runway length), we head off in the direction of a snow covered airstrip in Estonia. To make the flight more interesting, we perform some low level steep turns while overhead the aerodrome.
Our next waypoint will be an island in the Finnish Gulf, where we were will be set to hold as instructed by the ATC. Leaving the holding point, we navigate our way back to the departure airport. Flying over Tallinn (the capital of Estonia) we approach and execute a perfect landing on Runway 08! The weather on that day was very beautiful - sunny and frosty! (The video is 44.37 min. long)

As a bonus, to the Piper 28 video, we have included a video filmed from the Pzl-104 Wilga and Let-13 Blanik cockpits. At first, we fly the Wilga tow-plane. You will see how this small, rugged airplane is operated from a bumpy grass airstrip.
Next, we take you on a short aerobatic flight on the
Blanik sailplane. We will make some manoeuvres such as bell, loop and
stall. The take-off and landing will also be made from a grass airstrip.
NB! The quality of the bonus video
is slightly lower than the main (Piper Arrow)
video.
